FAQ

How do I play?

1. Open the app → tap past the splash screen
2. Choose Exhibition (quick match) or League (season + table)
3. Pick format, difficulty, and length
4. Kick off — the match runs in landscape
5. Use the left stick to move; PASS, SHOOT, TACKLE/SLIDE on the right

Why did my screen rotate?

Menus are portrait. Matches are landscape. The app locks orientation automatically when you enter or leave a match.

How does League mode work?

• You play as Pixel FC against AI teams
• Configure 4, 6, or 8 teams and single round or home & away before your first match
• Settings lock once the season starts
• After each of your matches, other teams’ results are simulated
• View the table and Fixtures & results in the league hub
• Start a new season when all your fixtures are complete

How do I change league settings mid-season?

You can’t — settings lock after the first league match. Finish the season, then tap New season to reconfigure.

How do I reset my league?

Settings → Reset league save. This deletes your table, fixtures, and progress on this device only.

Pass switched to the wrong player?

In 5v5 and 11v11, tap SW to cycle outfielders, or pass to a teammate to switch control to them.

Throw-ins / corners / free kicks?

On home restarts, aim with the stick and use the on-screen action button. The AI handles away restarts.

The app feels hard / easy

Change Difficulty in Exhibition or League setup (Standard vs Sharp).

Ads and Premium

Free play may show between-match ads (with a cooldown). Remove them with Remove Ads or Premium Edition in Settings → Premium shop. Restore purchases anytime.

Analytics / privacy

We use anonymous TelemetryDeck analytics. No account required. See PRIVACY.md.

• No online multiplayer or cloud save
• Keepers are AI-controlled
• No in-app sound/music toggle yet
• Cup / career modes not yet available
